Dear Bill and family,
I can’t tell you how deeply saddened I was to read about Nancy’s passing. Although I have not spoken to Nancy in several years I worked with her at Interim Healthcare taking care of Mrs. Silver. I always looked forward to seeing her when I came on duty. Your wife and Mom was such a genuinely good person and I will never forget her caring heart. She spoke so highly of you all and you were never out of her thoughts. I was so happy for her that she had such a kind and devoted husband and such great kids, sounded like you had a very warm and loving home. She was so proud of you all that’s for sure! I too have 4 children and I often took your Mom’s advice on how she handled things when raising you and I knew I could always count on her for listening and understanding what I was experiencing in my home. I was so surprised to read that she was 73 because that makes her 2 years older than my own mother, and I never would have guessed at her age, she was always so up on everything that aside from her deep faith & wealth of wisdom about life I would’ve thought her a contemporary of mine. I feel so blessed to have known her and will always think of her as a great friend, a rare find indeed. I hope she was spared a great deal of pain, and take comfort in knowing that you were all able to help her through her illness. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I hope your many special memories of Nancy(your Mom) bring you comfort & peace. Take care and May God continue to bless you all. Sincerely, Mary Doucet

I will always remember the many laughs on ski and grow trips with great fondness. Nobody could laugh like or make you laugh as much as Nancy. Somebody in heaven is enjoying a good belly laugh right now.
You and Nancy have both been such a great inspiration to us.

Dear Bill and Family,
We will always remember the bible studies and retreats we had in your home and how can we forget the yummy treats and meals that Nan fixed for us. Nan’s gracious hospitality, her friendly, cheerful and upbeat spirit were a blessing to us all who were in your “Newlywed” Sunday School class almost 40 years ago! You have both sacrificially given of your time and energy to teach us, encourage us and inspire us to deepen our walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. You are both very special and our hearts are filled with gratitude for your friendship over the years.
God bless you and be with you all.
